I got this for my 5 yr old son in hopes that it would be a craft he could do with minimal intervention from me. He loves crafts so much that he often wants to do them when I’m cooking or cleaning, etc and needed something he could do on his own.

He LOVED it! It entertains him for an hour at a time or more and it is easily worked on until a meal is ready and then quickly put away for the next time with little or no set up from time to time. The directions are easy for a child who recognizes letters and colors to follow and understand.

I highly recommend this! After about a week with this, I went out and got “My first sticky mosaics” for my 3 year old. Also a big hit…the “my first” have bigger shapes and rely on matching colors without the mosaic-by-number approach. This makes them easier to manipulate and place the mosaic tiles and decreases the frustration that the smaller tiles on the “older” version.

I would recommend these “5+” kits without reservation for the appropriate age, but would recommend the “my first mosaic” first for 3-4 year olds due to the larger sized tiles fitting better with their abilities.

My 4 year old daughter loves these Mosaic sticker art projects. This is her second time with a Mosaic art pack. This one has a great variety of items to decorate and many sparkly, bright pieces. She enjoyed finishing the pictures so she could give them to her Grandma’s for Christmas.
