It sums up the outfit completely. No where does it say that you do not get the stockings and the outfit does not look anything like the picture. It looks worse than the $10 outfit from the dollor store! The skirt on the pic is nothing like the skirt we recieved and the worse part is they say no refunds...there was nothing said about this when ordering.
